The food was amazing! We had a seat at the bar and ordered some great drinks. After that we got the scallops for an appetizer and some entrees with a side. All were so good. We ended with three desserts which was the right choice because they all were so unique and delicious. Staff were very helpful and attentive throughout the meal. Cannot wait to go back.

Celebrated a birthday. Great experience for the whole family of 6 people. Even Grandma enjoyed partaking in the Saki offered to her by the chef at our table. Made it a fun and comical experience for us all. The Hibachi was great whether it was the steak, shrimp, scallops or chicken ordered. 5 Stars overall.

Our waitress, I believe, Jessica was her name , was exceptional. Not only did she provide courteous service, but her candid , informed recommendations were insightful, given our previous experiences at Coopershawk! The new Abrillante, International wine was a perfect accompaniment to the decadent chef’s cheesecake recommendation! A bottle is now waiting patiently in my refrigerator waiting to be uncorked! Thank you, Burt Ridge Coopershawk for once again providing a quintessential dining experience!
