When I opened my doors in July of 2009, I committed to serving the freshest Italian dishes made from local and seasonal ingredients. I learned early the heart of Italian cooking is the flavor…or sapore. My school of teaching was from the best; my Nonna Elena and Mother Lia. Their philosophy has been carried on in my style of cooking: use simple ingredients and the food will speak for its self. Classic Italian dishes grace the menu but are personalized with my unique touch. Quality and consistency is what you will find with each dish. I would never serve anything short of that. So whether you are looking for a memorable night out or a glass of wine with friends, I am glad that you have chosen Sapore. We always love Brasserie but this was extra special. My wife and I celebrated our anniversary and I dropped a note about that in the reservation request. Our server, Jessica, helped provide a great experience, We had a beautiful spot in the restaurant (flowers and sparkling wine awaiting), great found and drink, and another reminder of why this is one of our favorite spots. Add this place to our list!

French onion soup was good. Caesar salad good but heavy on the dressing. Prices were a little high. Service was outstanding, very personable staff members.

Wonderful food. The chunk steak and potatoes were amazing and I'm a meat eater. Very attentive service and I love the atmosphere. Will be back.

I have gone many times. The restaurant never disappoints. Servers are terrific. They are the perfect mix of friendly, professional, and helpful. The food taste really good always seems freshly prepared. The heat throughout the food seems very consistent so I doubt they use a microwave or other to reheat food—if I am wrong they are best reheaters there ever were! Atmosphere is just right. Enjoyable casual and prices in today’s world are pretty darn good! Highly recommend
