I learned early the heart of Italian cooking is the flavor…or sapore. My school of teaching was from the best; my Nonna Elena and Mother Lia. Their philosophy has been carried on in my style of cooking: use simple ingredients and the food will speak for its self. Classic Italian dishes grace the menu but are personalized with my unique touch. Quality and consistency is what you will find with each dish. I would never serve anything short of that. So whether you are looking for a memorable night out or a glass of wine with friends, I am glad that you have chosen Sapore. We always love Brasserie but this was extra special. My wife and I celebrated our anniversary and I dropped a note about that in the reservation request. Our server, Jessica, helped provide a great experience, We had a beautiful spot in the restaurant (flowers and sparkling wine awaiting), great found and drink, and another reminder of why this is one of our favorite spots. Add this place to our list!

French onion soup was good. Caesar salad good but heavy on the dressing. Prices were a little high. Service was outstanding, very personable staff members.
