In our journey through the development of the name and design, we came across a true desert classic in The Desert Club. This vintage establishment was built in the late 1930’s and was closed up in the late 1980’s. With the 1940’s and 1950’s marking the major success of The Desert Club, we then envisioned a restaurant that brought back the swanky essence of those years here in the Desert. With the intent to restore some vintage ADULT dining to the “cove”, our hope is to establish a feeling of upscale classic that is reminiscent of “nostalgic” Desert vibes. Be aware that during the holiday season there are a lot of large noisy groups that take away the special ambiance of Arnie's. Better to come in last spring and early fall or book a later time to eat like after 8:00.

Food was tasty but portions are quite small. Definitely a small bite restaurant. Pizza was the b far the best value. We are the Thai shrimp cakes which were delicious and the buratta was also quite good. Cocktails were amazing just a tad pricey.

Unlike the couple of negative reviews at the start, we had a great waitress and excellent food (the roast chicken is as good as I’ve ever tasted). Now this may be because my family loved these restaurants years ago but we thought the ambience was exactly right and everything was value priced!
