Char Bar 7 in Greensboro serves burgers, steaks and cocktails with an emphasis on comfort food. There are a number of wide-screen TVs around the bar and restaurant to catch the game. It's part of a mini-chain of upscale sports bars in the area. Starters at Char Bar 7 include fried pickles, chili, buffalo chicken dip, blackened chicken nachos and chicken fingers. We came on the 2nd day of operation and they were a well oiled machine. From the wait staff, the food runners, the receptionist, were great. We enjoyed our waiter named Yeti very attentive but not intrusive. We will definitely be back! Ballantyne just received an upgrade in restaurants. So glad Napa is on our end of town.

The service was very fast and helpful. We quickly got all of our drinks, appetizers, and main dishes. The waitress was very polite and answered all the questions we had about the menu with ease and clarity. The food was delicious. We ordered the goopy burger and maltagliati. Both of which were good portion sizes for the price and had great flavor.

Always a great experience with excellent food and drinks however it is too dark to read the menu without using your phone flashlight which we noticed others besides us were doing.

Char Bar is a great local restaurant. Good menu with many choices. The service was excellent. Our server was attentive and prompt. Good wine and beer too. The food was very good and served hot. We like Char Bar because it is casual, fun and offers good food.
