One of the greatest meals I’ve ever had. It was obvious that everyone there loves and cares about what they are doing and it makes the experience immensley better. We will be back for sure

It’s hard to find a contemporary American restaurant that really raises the bar on creativity, innovation, flavor, and service, but the Pelican & Pig provides on every front. Everything was delicious and flavorful. Our server gave us great recommendations on food and drink; he was attentive but not intrusive. We’re pretty selective about where we spend our date night budget, and we will definitely be coming back. The cook on the steak was so perfect that we’ve brought it up multiple times since last night. Strongly recommend the phyllo dough app; sweet potatoes; broccolini; and the strip steak.

Frankie’s is so great. The food is fantastic. The cocktails are delicious. The pizza next door is the best in Nashville. And drum roll please….the prunes and mascarpone dessert is my favorite dessert of all time! Mic drop!

So glad that we finally tried this place. After a lot of "meh" meals in Nashville over the past 5 or so years (soooo many steak houses doing the same thing), it was refreshing to see a place getting it right. For us, this is exactly what dining should be: personable and fun with well executed food and good pricing. I wouldn't call it cheap, but you get what you pay for, which is all anyone should expect. They aren't trying to be gimmicky or too hip. They are just doing what they do well. This is in our rotation now, along with Lyra, Yolan, Carne Mare and Bella Napoli...all places that do what they do extremely well without trying to be everything to everyone.

What an amazing experience! This was our first time at the Authentique and we will definitely be back! The food was delicious, genuine French cuisine. They had the best crepes I’ve had in years! The wine selection was great and the service was friendly. I highly recommend this place, they even had live jazz music! A tout a l’heure, Authentique!
