Wonderful restaurant with friendly staff. Great menu. We had salad and soup which were very tasty. The restaurant was quiet just after peak lunch hours. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

This was my first time at Top Hatters and it won’t be the last. The food was excellent. All fresh ingredients and imaginative dishes. I highly recommend.

Hostess was not very pleasant, but thankfully our server Luis was the friendly, charming, and took genuine interest in caring for his guests. Appetizers were very good, but entrees can be better.

This is a long-time local favorite for really good food and beverages. Jose's personally trained kitchen staff turns out fresh Italian dishes, soups and salads and their warm fresh made bread and tapenade is amazing. Great wine selection and knowledgeable wait staff are eager to advise and provide friendly and efficient service. Add this to your list of great weeknight or weekend dining.

Great for a special occasion. We had the prosciutto wrapped shrimp, dayboat scallops, and the rack of lamb. The food was very good. Service was very good. We plan to try the ribeye and and filet mignon next time.
