The Kronenhof is a multi-faceted, sustainable restaurant with its own, multiple award-winning brewery. The shiny, copper brewing kettles are the centerpiece in the brewery's guest room: here the fresh, natural beers are brewed using traditional, artisanal methods and the malt from the farms´ own malting barley. Die Villa Merton liegt im „Diplomatenviertel“, einem der elegantesten Frankfurter Quartiere. Richard Merton ließ das Haus im neobarocken Stil 1925 als Privatvilla erbauen. 2002 errichtet der Union International Club in der Villa das Restaurant Villa Merton.
