Serving contemporary French food, this much-loved independent restaurant has been going strong for over 22 years. Before booking, please note the restaurant has both downstairs and upstairs. The same menu options are available on both floors. There is no lift upstairs. Re Tasting Menu Timings: At lunch you must book before 1.45pm, and at dinner before 8.45pm. Tasting menus are not available outside of these times.If you cannot find a table, please contact the restaurant team direct as not all tables are available to book online. Please contact the restaurant with any private dining enquiries or group bookings 7+Credit card details required. You get to grill it all by yourself. We have a selection of traditional and complementary dishes to suit all including imported Japanese top grade WAGYU beef, British premium steak beef, chicken, pork, seafood, and a selection of vegetables, with our special home-made sauce.​We only want the best, so our grills are imported all the way from Japan. The best part of this is that with their unique cutting-edge technology alongside the down draft vent system, the smoke is sucked under the table and away from our guests so the grill is smokeless. This minimises the smokiness associated with similar grills allowing you to enjoy your dining experience at Sakura Yakiniku.

    A gem of restaurant! This was our second visit and we were welcomed back warmly by Aman (co owner) and his team. The starters and curries are a burst of deliciousness! The food presentation is very impressive, ingredients are fresh and of the highest quality. Cocktails are delicious too! A must visit for a tasty experience crafted by the chefs. Highly recommended!

    We had an absolutely fantastic experience at The French Table! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed, setting the tone for an exceptional lunch. The food was delicately prepared and bursting with flavor—every dish was cooked to perfection, and we truly couldn’t ask for more. It was a special occasion—my wife’s birthday—and the team made it even more memorable with their impeccable service and attention to detail. She was beyond happy and completely satisfied with the meal, making it a perfect celebration.
