Next Door is the sister restaurant of Margaret, which, quite literally, sits next door to it at the corner of Bay St and Guilfoyle Avenue. Featuring a rolling 12-hour lunch-to-dinner menu, the bar brings you a selection of specially curated small plates such as Woodfire Grilled Peppers, Cherry Tomatoes with Oregano, Braised Zucchini with Mint, Chilli and Pecorino, as well as an amazing selection of Consorcio, Cuca, Pollastrini, Ortiz and Real Conversas tins with some freshly baked sourdough from Baker Bleu. It's also home to the famous Perry hamburger."It's just a place to get some really nice hospitality, chill out and enjoy your day," Neil Perry. We had the 8 course degustation for Christmas lunch. All the food was delicious! The service was excellent and friendly. Lunch came at a leisurely pace (at times perhaps a little too leisurely, but I was lovely not to feel like we were being rushed through to get the next table in). They were very happy and accommodating in terms of having alternatives for a couple of dietary preferences. The moon pavlova for dessert was especially delicious and a perfect end to the meal. I would happily return again, such a great find.

Amazing food, the team continue to refine their menu and even the same dishes continue to get improved. Loved the beef tartare and chicken Maryland. Super friendly service

Lovely atmosphere and food, staff were attentive, helpful, polite and friendly. Desserts were rather overpriced compared to the rest of the menu. Overall, highly recommend and will definitely be returning. 😍
