Vermuteria is a classic, euro neighbourhood bar. We have a big focus on vermouth, sherry, classic cocktails and tasty snacks. Like a traditional Spanish ‘vermuteria’, our vermouth is served straight out of our 100L barrels behind the bar and our very popular semi-dry is served chilled from the tap. Best Picon bière in Sydney, great ambiance, friendly staff in a typical old france bistrot. It was my first time and it will not be the last!!

The food and service here are brilliant - I'm non-gluten and non-dairy and they were careful about my order which was bloody delicious. Awesome wine as well. Lovely place for a long late lunch.
