This spring, Seven Stars Resort & Spa’s fourth and newest restaurant will redefine the very meaning of “farm to table.” An open-air setting designed to showcase the freshest flavors Turks & Caicos has to offer, The Farm will feature an array of vegetable-centric dishes with ingredients harvested from a state-of-the-art, on-resort hydroponic farm. Created in collaboration between two-time Caribbean Chef of the Year and Executive Chef Edwin Gallardo and renowned celebrity chef Amanda Freitag, The Farm’s creations will flourish with vibrancy—from curated herbs and leafy greens to bold microgreens and more. Brunch is served 6 days a week (closed on Thursdays) until 3PM. Join us for live music on Tuesday evenings (weather permitting) with our Sushi Soiree Tuesday; an extended sushi and dim sum menu priced to share. 6-9PM. When bringing your own wine, our corkage fee is $100 per bottle, maximum 2 bottles per reservation.

With 180 degree elevated views of the ocean, and beside the Bight Park the this Mediterranean, costal-living, fine dining restaurant is focused on food and celebrating life. It seeks to create a memorable atmosphere through architecture, food, service, music, lighting, and ambiance.     This was the most amazing place! Service, food, ambience, and all around the best! Was not stuffy, bartenders are funny and great at what they do. Food was exceptional! A must when you are in Turks and Caicos!

    Our favourite restaurant in Provo. Once again we had a wonderful evening at The Farm. Our server Roselande was outstanding as usual. We came back to this restaurant after visiting Turks and Caicos in April with an outstanding food and service experience and we asked for our server Roselande again. We went for both the Sushi night on Tuesday and Currie night on Sunday The food on both nights was excellent. Chef came out to check on us and thank us for coming 💕😄 The live music by Jerry made it another perfect visit.

    Good experience overall. But it’s a 2 hour limit at each table from the Tim you are seated. The staff are on you like white on rice to get you out.
