Palette provides a colorful dining experience with an American inspired menu featuring in-house cut steaks and 21-day aged 100% black Angus beef.As we inherited a space as historical as the former Mautz Paint Company warehouse, we had to do it justice. We kept our building’s architectural features intact while updating the space with contemporary design elements and nostalgic touches. A quiet mid-week night and we went out for a birthday dinner. The restaurant was about a quarter full or less. The server (Andre) was prompt, friendly and efficient. The food — fried eggplant, Shrimp scampi- was delicious. We would definitely go back again.

It was my first visit, the cioppino soup was ohk, I enjoyed the beef mushroom rivioli and the birthday dessert . Mitchell was our server and he did an excellent job of serving us .

It's rare to dine these days where one can easily hear the conversation at the table, even though the dining tables were full. Seafood Risotto, the Giardinia Chicken and the Walleye were delicious, hot, well presented. We'll be back.
