Marky's Caviar Lounge located within The Guitar Hotel at Seminole Hard Rock, is a fine casual dining restaurant and cocktail bar. Chef Buddha Lo former Eleven Madison Park and Restaurant Gordon Ramsay London alum as well as the current Executive Chef at Huso New York has designed the menu by incorporating Modern American techniques. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Wolf Steakhouse exceeded my expectations! I had the NY strip steak cooked medium well, and it was absolutely perfect—juicy, flavorful, and seared to perfection. The side of mac and cheese was just as incredible—creamy, rich, and the perfect complement to the steak. The service was top-notch, and the atmosphere made for a fantastic dining experience. If you’re a steak lover, this place is a must-visit. I’ll definitely be coming back!

They had pretty good live music but it was too loud for the venue. Overall the flavors were great, but the ribeye they gave us for the fajitas was not high quality, everything else was good. The Tulum drink was a little too sweet.
