How do you take a classic staple of American dining, the steakhouse, and break down the traditional thinking to create something entirely new and exciting? That was the question that acclaimed chef and restaurateur Sam Marvin (creator of the much-celebrated Los Angeles restaurant Bottega Louie) posed when he decided the time was right to reinvent what has long been the trademarks of the steakhouse genre – masculine vibe, dark rooms, fancy waiters, slabs of oversized beef and overly expensive pricing.     We were celebrating my husband‘s 50th birthday. We love the caviar and Veuve. Fantastic price for a Hidden Gem in Las Vegas . Enjoy it. The food is fantastic and our server for the last two times has been Christian. He is a phenomenal server has loads of patience and always keeps us smiling. Can’t wait to come back Just for the impeccable service that he gives alone. Thank you.

    our server was kind enough to give my son an additional lemonade for free, but i ended up buying another drink because it was so good. everything was delicious and wanted to dessert but was too full with the big servings so we even have to go boxes as we have not finished esting the big serving of food. love this place!

    we went in for a quick dinner, my wife had the beet salad and it was outstanding, then she had the Jerusalem Artichoke soup for a main course, we have had the soup previously and it did not disappoint in any manner!!! i had the Jerusalem Artichoke soup as well and the Smoked Salmon Tartare,. the Tartare was a disappointment for sure, the salmon was diced very coarsely (big chunks) and many pieces had gristle in them, will not order that dish again. In addition, the "rice chips" were bland and mostly hard to swallow and did not pair well with salmon at all. As always, the service was splendid and friendly like always.

    The margaritas are so fun in the pottery glasses. So unique. We just did a quick happy hour with margaritas and delicious flautas - excellent. We'll be back!
