Designated historical, 740 is one of Colorado's two oldest remaining saloons; transformed back to its 1904 roots; a traditional American dining saloon with a turn of the century ambiance featuring a magnificent room dominating bar, built in 1880 by the Brunswick Company,. The copper spit trough, once equipped with running water, still exists at the front of the bar. We had an outstanding experience, thank you. The personnel and Brett did a great job! Very welcoming and made our birthday experience extra special. One piece of feedback would be the plating of the cavier could have been more refined and thoughtful- specifically the serving spoon was too big and the plate was too big for the proportions of cavier and condiments.

The Holiday Tea at Salt & Acres was magical, like stepping into a storybook. Festive decorations, peaceful wintery landscape, a visit from Santa, and a charming sweet shop for unique holiday gifts made it so special for our family. They also provided wonderful accommodations for Gluten-Free needs. A perfect holiday experience.
