While there is no dress code at Sorella, we encourage guests to dress smart casual. The music volume in the restaurant is loud with a lively vibe. It was incredibly busy and totally packed. Yet our wonderful server, Vanessa, along with many of her colleagues were just hustling through the process and managing to make our party of eight feel like we were getting exactly the level of service that one would only hope for. I was particularly impressed with the quality of the food, considering the kitchen must have been managing at least 100 orders at the same time. Kudos to twigs and the Mini, staff members, including the kitchen, for a successful night under stressful conditions.

Excellent experience from the host and hostess to our wait staff to server. Food, and menu, awesome. My only concern, was, the fact that I waited so long to dine is a first class establishment!! I WILL return soon!! Clearly the Chefs and kitchen staff are ON their game.
