The service and food was excellent. A wonderful atmosphere with beautiful art and gardens surrounding. Signage to bathrooms would assist. We thankfully in the air conditioned room, it was quite noisy on the day we dined.

Our lunch was delicious and arrived quickly and the staff were very friendly and attentive.

The team at Tannins Brew did a great job on cooking my steak to perfection. The subtle smoke flavour from the open grill and final sear were something to keep me coming back. Tied in with one of the tasty local made Pale Ale will keep us coming back. Love the old retro arcade machine.

Whenever I am away for a weekend or for holidays staying in James Street, The Green is a must to dine at, the place is full of beautiful plants and a really fun welcoming vibe. I have always had lunch there and could not fault the food or the service, but on this occasion I decided to dine in for breakfast and like the lunch menu it’s creative and super exciting to try breakfast in a bit of a not so normal basis way. I love The Green and it will always be a must to dine at for breakfast or lunch and definitely next time I will book for dinner.

Had to settle for a second menu option as first choice of the Thai Salad had ran out, however the 2nd choice of fish tacos were good, and the young male waiter service recovered by offering a complimentary drink. Enjoyed this dining experience.
