We tried Livestock Tavern for the first time tonight, having initially avoided it due to concerns about the safety of the surrounding neighborhood. We were really glad we that we finally went, and totally regret not trying this exceptional restaurant earlier!! The food, drinks, and service were outstanding (even the foodies in our group raved), and we thoroughly enjoyed all the yummy appetizers and the wonderful entrees. The Brussels and Pumpkin app was entirely and enthusiastically eaten, and as far as entrees go, the prime rib, mushroom risotto, crab ravioli, and the steaks all exceeded expectations. (side note the neighborhood is greatly improved compared to a few years ago). We definitely will be back!!!

We came in for a Thursdate and had a great time Brandi served us well MaiTai good Oysters and Prawns were excellent Lehua had a perfect piece of Salmon New York was cooked perfectly but a bit salt forward… Broccolini good Mushrooms a bit salt forward… C Creme Brule good Mahalo and Happy Holidays

Love this restaurant. Hawaii meets Palm Springs vibe. Very old school. Food is fusion and super creative. Highly recommend. Went twice during our vacation. Was here last year too.

Really awesome staff and food! I love the mushroom pizza

The service was very good and they had a unique but short menu. The setting is a kind of funky Kailua.
