Welcome to The Bull Brentwood, a warm, comfortable & friendly, family run gastro style pub. Our passion is to serve delicious homemade food using the finest ingredients, including rare breed meats and locally sourced produce. On the menu you can expect seasonally changing hearty food along with weekly specials plus the added bonus of a great wine list and friendly staff. The Rabbits is a family friendly gastro pub & restaurant in the heart of the essex countryside. We pride ourselves on good friendly service and good quality homecooked food with our seasonal menus, we serve real ales, fine wines & premium spirits. We have a great beer garden where you can take in the picturesque views whilst not having to go too far to order any food or drink as this can all be done at our garden bar which is also playing background music around our garden, this is open Thurs-Sunday throughout the spring/summer weather permitting. Had the valentines menu. Good price but what they call sharing sides are actually regular sides between 2 so we had to order more. The dessert that came with it was essentially a plate of whipped cream with some pastry and a sprinkle of fruit - terrible. They also put the tables way too close together so you get to hear the full conversation of your dinner neighbours. Other than that, the steak is tasty, our waiter very attentive and it was a nice time.
