Chef Nobu Matsuhisa brings his world-renowned Japanese cuisine to the Paris Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas. If you are dining at Nobu for the first time, family style is highly recommended. For parties of 6 or more the Chef recommends the menus eight highlights. The best way to enjoy is to start with 2 or 3 cold dishes, then move to 2-3 hot ones. Finally end with 2-3 pieces of sushi and dessert. All these shared family style.
