Your table comes alive when we present a variety of large offerings on platters or bowls within easy reach of all.A classic Italian pranzo (dinner) usually beings with a variety of antipasti (hot and cold appetizers), followed by one or two primi (usually a hot pasta, risotto, gnocchi or zuppa). Next your table will share a secondi (entrees) served on a platter combined with your choice of contorni (vegetable side dishes). Italians often complete their meal with un dolce, un caffe, or un digestivo (dessert, espresso, liqueur or grappa).we only use fresh in house made pastas and sauces.

    From The moment we walked in the staff made us feel very welcome. We had a nice table tucked in a corner, served by our favourite, Jeff. He is amazing, attentive without being intrusive. He helped us get advice on Portuguese wine, and surprised us with a yummy dessert! We require gluten free options, Sabor handles that without skipping a beat. We love Sabor, we will be back as soon as we can

    Fantastic Valentine’s meal with my love. We had the carpaccio and some breads to start, the lamb was absolutely fantastic, and finished the meal with probably the most flavourful cheesecake I’ve had anywhere in Edmonton. Service was top notch and overall had a memorable evening. Thanks Vivo.

    Delicious food and always great service! The set Valentine’s Day menu was super tasty, but I do wish they gave slightly bigger portions of a couple of the dishes. Could’ve done with just a touch more pasta and arancini—overall didn’t leave hungry, but did still have room for a bit more. Chicken parm, strozzapreti, and grilled zucchini were fab!
