Chef Director Björn Weissgerber serves a diverse menu inspired by the Oceans of Asia, with a particular focus on Japan – sushi, sashimi, tiradito, tempura and robata. Sexy Fish has dishes to please all palates, from traditional tastes to plant-based plates. Among the signature dishes, you’ll be able to dive into are the Bloody Mary Ceviche; our Yellow Tartare, Smoked Tofu and Caviar; plus, the wonderful Enrygii Mushroom Tempura, with Summer Truffle and Aka Miso, as well as its King Crab and Bone Marrow counterpart. Sexy Fish’s interior is designed by the award-winning Martin Brudnizki Studio and includes a show-stopping fish tank. The luxurious dining room also houses amazing original artworks by legendary British artist Damien Hirst, as well as an installation from celebrated architect and designer Frank Gehry, whose 26 beautiful fish lamps play – and sway – beautifully to theme.

Zitz Sum is a 30 seat seasonal restaurant located inside of an historic building in Coral Gables, Florida. Our current menu is an autobiographical journey reflecting Chef’s experiences and our affinity for Japanese ingredients and technique. We currently offer A la carte menu that changes with the seasons, and a Seven Course Tasting Menu that changes weekly. Part of the tasting menu is presented in a family style format conducive for sharing and celebrating.
