Joule, the first restaurant from celebrated husband and wife cooking team Rachel Yang and Seif Chirchi, is re-located in October, 2012 to the innovative, newly developed the Fremont Collective in Seattle’s Wallingford/Fremont neighborhood. A lovely evening and delicious meal all around. Standouts included the short rib steak and Chinese broccoli. Wine list is too locally focused for our tastes, but the cocktails more than made up for it :)

One of our favorite restaurants! Absolutely everything on the menu is delicious! Especially the cocktails and small plates, but the noodle dishes and rice bowls are amazing as well. Really unique fusion items that blow our mind! You can't go wrong!

We had an attentive waitress who was knowledgeable about the menu and made good recommendations. The noise was a little bothersome at first but there was great energy in the place so it’s a trade off I could get past. The food was excellent. The cocktail was delicious. I highly recommend taking an Uber/Lyft. The parking on the side streets on a Friday night was maddening. The dining experience was worth it though. I will definitely go again.
