Curated by Aaron Taylor, Atlas Restaurant Group’s Corporate Chef & Chef Partner in this concept, the menu puts steak in the spotlight with over 11 cuts from Chicago-based meat purveyor Meats by Linz. The Ruxton will serve a mix of wet and dry aged prime cuts of Black Angus Beef, as well as dry aging Long Island Duck and Bison from Virginia’s New Frontier Farm in-house. To complement the steak options, seasonal shellfish and seafood entrees will be available including dover sole, Maryland rockfish, whole live lobster, king salmon, Chilean sea bass and more.The Ruxton will serve lunch every weekday and dinner 7 days a week. Glad you changed the dress code, more adult. Service was a bit slow receiving the check, but server had too many tables to cover. Otherwise service was good. Had a 7:30 reservation , was not seated until 7:50.

We had a really nice time. The ambiance is great. The servers were so very attentive. I’m pretty sure I ordered the Rockfish and got the Halibut, so that makes it hard to give them 5 stars. Also, the fish was a little tougher than I expected. But all the food generally tasted great and seemed well prepared. The apps were amazing.

Caviar was excellent King crab was very good Service was excellent They had a great dessert that I hope they keep permanently- they flambé it table side and it’s a wonderful experience

This was our second time going. The menu changed and was very limited than before. Only 2 fish options and the steak options weren’t great. Appetizer options were sub-par and only 3 dessert options. Entertainment is always good. Great, strong drinks. Excellent service. There definitely needs to be a menu revamp.
