Party of 5 had dinner 12/28 and had a lovely time. We loved the atmosphere and it was exactly what we were looking for. Not noisy with stuff clanking around. It was perfect. The front of the house staff were friendly and our waiter was fantastic - attentive without being intrusive and friendly. We ordered the calamari, cheese and spinach dip and mussels appetizers which were all wonderful. Dinner orders ranged from entree salads, hamburger, fish, short ribs and steak and all were cooked to order and delicious. I had been there for lunch several times but this was the first for dinner. We will definitely go back. It was all lovely.

A real delight in all respects! Acoustics are well-controlled so one can hear both music and conversation. I had the truffle starter with egg yolk in Parmesan, really excellent and not too heavy. Focaccia was a great way to scoop up the egg. Venison medallions for the main were also terrific. The Sommelier recommended wine was good but despite being 2012 to a while to open up. Decanting helped. Didn’t stay for dessert due to leftovers of same at home.

We celebrated our 42nd anniversary with dinner at The Flagstaff house. My husband proposed to me there many years ago! The perfect service started with the valet and continued throughout our evening with every person. The four course meal was delicious, complex and prepared perfectly. The surprise dishes served between courses were unexpected and wonderful! After our leisurely dinner taking in the beautiful views, we were given cranberry orange bread to take home. Our coats were warm when we began to leave and our car was promptly ready. Thank you all for giving us a memorable and special evening! Well done!

Our second time having the Feast of the Seven Fishes and it was even better than the first. Such interesting choices for the menu. Plus, the service is always first rate. Highly recommended.

Benihana has been hit or miss for many years. Grabbed a last minute reservation on Christmas Eve, and to my surprise, fantastic experience! Had Mike “splash & meadow” as our chef. He was entertaining and fun. Food was the best I remember. Thankful for the entire staff for being so engaged on a holiday evening. I’m sure they’d rather be with their families, but everything exceeded expectations. The restaurant was insanely busy, but we were seated right at the reservation time. I could not have asked for a better evening.
