Haxnbauer StoryDer Inbegriff eines Traditions-Wirtshauses und eines der ersten Kuffler-Häuser in München. Roland Kuffler hat den Haxnbauer 1980 von Franz Bauer (daher der Name, übrigens) übernommen und aus einer reinen Haxnbraterei ein Altmünchner Lokal entwickelt.Diese Haxen sind eine weltweite Berühmtheit und schlicht eine Wonne. Erst ruhen sie 24 Stunden in der geheimen Haxnbauer-Marinade, dann drehen sie sich langsam am Grill zu einer außen knusprigen, innen zarten Köstlichkeit.Zu unserem Lieblingsstück gesellen sich Brotzeiten, Suppen, Klassiker wie das Kuffler Wiener Schnitzel und Münchner Mehlspeisen. Sie werden sich also auch wohlfühlen, wenn die Schweinshaxe Sie gar nicht locken kann. (Aber probieren Sie ein Stück!)Von Anfang 2025 an finden Sie den original HAXNBAUER an neuem Ort im wunderschön restaurierten Baudenkmal des "Sterneckerbräu". Es liegt zwischen Isartor und Marienplatz im Tal 38.
