Uncle Bacala’s specializes in Italian-style seafood and other inventive dishes in its warm and cozy New Hyde Park eatery. For a tantalizing start to your meal, enjoy the mozzarella in carrozza cheese-stuffed fried country bread and the mashed potato and mozzarella croquettes, both served with marinara sauce. We had Christmas Eve dinner at this place and I loved everything. Food was delicious and we enjoyed every meal! We had the duck tacos and the steaks were amazing. Service was great and we enjoyed it! Well done

Grilled Oyster special was a miss but everything else we got on the surf and turf menu was delicious! The service is impeccable, always.

Small Batch is always a great consistent meal. This time was extra special because Tom Colichio was cooking! It was a great night with the most spectacular cocktails! Their espresso martinis are out of this world too!
