I cannot recommend highly enough; we were there to celebrate our engagement and the meal was delightful. The service was splendid - plenty of smiles balanced with ultimate efficiency. We were surprised by a beautiful dessert with congratulations for our engagement piped on the serving board. So touching. Thank you for an unforgettable experience

The festive afternoon tea in the Belmont room was perfect, the atmosphere, the staff, the live pianist was just perfect. Our waitress was a lovely lady, couldn’t be anymore helpful. Me and my friend haven’t a bad word to say. we will definitely be retuning next Christmas time and this is now our new Christmas tradition. Perfect

This was a spectacular meal. The service was first class with a really friendly professional feel. Our server Oli was fantastic, courteous at all times and had a bit of banter with us. We've heard a lot of people talk about Cut & Craft and say how nice it is so thought we'd try it ourselves on our annual festive trip to York, this was definitely one of the highlights, we WILL be returning.

Had an amazing meal tonight for my 60th birthday. All the staff were amazing, but we were really looked after by Tom & Brennan, serving us and being really friendly. They made our night perfect. Thanks guys. Shame they had run out of garlic bread which made my husband shed a few tears, bless!
