The Ruxton will serve a mix of wet and dry aged prime cuts of Black Angus Beef, as well as dry aging Long Island Duck and Bison from Virginia’s New Frontier Farm in-house. First time at this place and I really enjoyed it. Blaze was our server and she was excellent , very attentive and was always around when needed . Oysters and the holiday sangria were excellent . I will defiantly be back!

I thoroughly enjoyed my dinner at Phillips, as this was my first time eating there. My date & I sampled a variety of dishes on the menu (7 to be exact, lol) and enjoyed every bit of it. Oh, and my red sangria was to die for! To top it off, our server, Ruby, was the best. Very cute & charismatic. Thank you Phillips, Baltimore harbour.

Ruxton's was fantastic. I had the Bone-in-Delmonico steak, cooked to a PERFECT medium, with truffle butter as an accoutrement, I could not be more satisfied with my choice. I have eaten at plenty of steak houses on par with Ruxton's, but my meal at Ruxton's was as good as the very best of them, if not better. I would recommend Ruxton's to anyone as a top notch dining experience!

The manager on the ground made a huge difference in the experience. We waited a few minutes to get water once we arrived and she made sure to change the pace and the attention we got from that point on. She was awesome. The food and drinks were really really good. Definitely recommend anyone to go.
