He brings to the restaurant; his cooking experience, working as a cook helping open several restaurants around the world, including France, West Bank, and upper New York State to name a few. He earned his sommelier certification at A.I.S. Associazione Italiana Sommeliers. What he truely bring to Cortona's is the Italian experience; eat, drink, laugh... repeat.
