The Japanese film Tampopo was marketed as the world’s first “ramen western”. It’s the story of two truck drivers, Goro & Gun, who use their culinary expertise to change the fate of a struggling noodle shop. Those two characters' passion for noodle-making lives on at Calgary’s 150-seat noodle bar — led by executive chefs Ryusuke Araki & Tomo Mitsuno. Our server Del was friendly and attentive making the experience amazing and the manager Mitchel came by and was super kind! got the steam buns, ramen and a roll and it was delicious, great price for the quality of food. Beautiful ambience and friendly staff who greeted us on the way out

The scallops were cooked perfectly. We got there early and tried a selection of the margaritas. The blood orange and mango were awesome. Max is the GM. He was very friendly and made us feel at home. Definitely recommend the place. We’d go back again for sure.

The service was excellent. The 6 oyster offered were all excellent in flavor. Wednesday is 1/2 price wine which is a great time to go.
