The Bistro Quarter's restaurant and bar is located on the fringes of Newcastle-under-Lyme and Stoke on Trent in Staffordshire.It strikes the perfect balance between exceptional dining and affordability. The interior-designed surroundings are modern, yet elegant, with an emphasis on a relaxed and friendly vibe. The menu and cocktail bar are designed to satisfy most tastes and combine classic British menus with a bistro-style serving.The Executive Chef, Malk Walker, is proud of his two rosettes and takes pride in everything he does.
