Our “finest hour” was most definitely during the Battle of Britain in World War II, when we were commandeered by the RAF to serve as an auxiliary mess for Fighter Command at RAF Kenley. Enjoyed the buffet style Sunday carvery which was very good for our family group. The starter buffet and meat and vegetable choices were good but disappointed with the main course vegetarian option. Very good that desserts and tea/coffee included in price and free child meals make this a good value family outing.

The Well House Inn consistently hits the mark with the quality of food, great staff & the most perfect county pub atmosphere. Also serves the best Guinness hands down anywhere in the local area.
