Demonstrating our reputation as a leader in education and training for hospitality and culinary students, the students practice delivering fine dining food & develop their skills within an operational environment. As we are a licenced venue BYO is not permitted. All dietary requirements must be advised through your OpenTable platform booking in advance. Meals will be served alternate drop - meaning you will not have a choice from the menu and limited facility for alterations. From the moment we entered the venue we were welcomed like regular customers, though it has been years. The friendly, prompt and attentive service was commendable. We liked a particular wine, which came as a pairing to one of the courses, and they kindly sold us a bottle. A return visit is definitely in the cards, we had the Tutto Bene so next time we will try ala carte.
