Open since October of 1990, The Dakota has been a pioneer in the culinary industry on the Northshore of Lake Pontchartrain. Gavin was our waiter and he made our dining experience truly enjoyable. We started with the tuna tartar and the arugula beet salad, then we had the crab soup. You should always get the crab soup. I had the sea bass special, it was delicious and my friend had the veal with 3 sauces. We finished dinner with the apple tart. Everything was divine. We will definitely go back again.
