Curated by Aaron Taylor, Atlas Restaurant Group’s Corporate Chef & Chef Partner in this concept, the menu puts steak in the spotlight with over 11 cuts from Chicago-based meat purveyor Meats by Linz. The Ruxton will serve a mix of wet and dry aged prime cuts of Black Angus Beef, as well as dry aging Long Island Duck and Bison from Virginia’s New Frontier Farm in-house. To complement the steak options, seasonal shellfish and seafood entrees will be available including dover sole, Maryland rockfish, whole live lobster, king salmon, Chilean sea bass and more.The Ruxton will serve lunch every weekday and dinner 7 days a week. Beautiful restaurant. The vibe was great. The service was friendly and attentive. Now lets get to the best part. The food presentation was beautiful and the food was outstanding. I highly recommend this place and will make it point to go back everytime I go to Baltimore.

had so much fun! came in to a big welcome and lot of smiling faces eager to help at the hostess stand. immediately knew we were going to have a good time. Our waiter was solomon who was awesome. we’d go back just to sit at his table again. Not only was he so knowledgeable about the menu and his recommendations were spot on but he was also super funny! we enjoyed our night so much, it really made our friends birthday a special one.

Anniversary dinner - we wanted a rather quiet time so selected an early time in late afternoon. Since we had not been before and the restaurant group has a great reputation, we decided to order the chef's choice sampler. Wow what fun. Food was great (we are Sushi lovers) and the pace was perfect. The wait staffers were all superb and our primary walked us through all the selections as we went. She was very knowledgeable and kept an eye on our table so that the timing of each selections was just perfect. We plan on returning soon!
