Toku’s cuisine is predominantly Japanese with influences from China, Korea, and South East Asia. Ingredients and cooking techniques throughout the world create the Modern Asian menu. Owners Gillis and George Poll have dined all over the world, and have come across a variety of dishes that have really impressed them, “the best of the best.” According to Gillis, “We put together our favorites and added our own unique twists to them.” George emphasizes the menu’s ease and variety. “It’s a straightforward, casually written menu which allows you to dine any way that you’d like.” Guests may enjoy traditional meals with an appetizer, entree and dessert, or dine exclusively on sushi. We had my moms birthday celebration dinner and everything from the food to our waiter was exceptional!!! My mother loves coming every year for her Birthday so thank you .

Fabulous from start to finish. After drinks at the bar, we started with a house special sushi roll. I had the bone in rib eye and my hubby ordered a NY strip steak, both delivered hot, delicious and done as ordered. For sides I loved the creamed spinach and we also had the hash browns. We ended the meal sharing a chocolate bread pudding. Chappy, our server, was knowledgeable , attentive and very enthusiastic. And, if you want to splurge, the Paradigm cab was awesome!

Been coming here for years, and it’s always been a a great solid place to come for great food and lively atmosphere. Great place for celebrations. The staff is also always so great!
