Paloma opened in 2022 in The Van Aken District by Carl Quagliata and Zach Ladner’s Q&L Hospitality.Paloma has been led by two remarkable young women who have been part of the Q & L Hospitality family for more than a decade. Alyssa Ladner serves as the General Manager, overseeing the front of house and the beverage program. She collaborates closely with Chef de Cuisine Ky’tana Bradley, who manages the kitchen.Originally launched as a casual taco concept in 2022, Paloma has transformed over the past two years into something much more sophisticated. While tacos remain available at the bar, our dinner menu now showcases a selection of artfully crafted appetizers, main courses, and desserts, with steaks being a highlight.     We had a wonderful Sunday evening dinner. Our server was friendly, funny, and knowledgeable and made several great suggestions. The food was delicious and plentiful-3 of the 4 of us took home boxes. This was our 2nd visit and we’ll definitely be back!

    BJ’s is one of my favorite places to eat. The food is delicious and the servers are professional. The only complaints were service was very slow and the noise level was louder than usual. I will still go back. My favorite dish is the Enlightened Cherry Chipotle Salmon dinner! Delicious!!!

    Excellent food with a variety of dishes ordered. The tacos were fabulous with the shredded beef being the best one. The drinks were all amazing. Waitress was subpar but I think it was just her lack of personality. The manager went around and was asking tables how their dinners were which is always nice to see done. Would definitely go back again and recommend it to others.
