Our food menu at 1 Watson includes Texas-inspired items such as smoked brisket tacos as well as three varieties of tostadas. Overall food was good. Reuben egg rolls need some work. Various sausages were excellent. Reuben sandwich was spot on. Schnitzel was very light on the sauce and flavorless. Service was good. Drinks were great and beer was cold.

Good great - server was kind but very inexperienced. Not very present but I’m sure her first waitress opportunity. Definitely needs customer service training.
