Dining at Eigikutei was nothing short of extraordinary. Their vegan kaiseki dinner was a remarkable —each course thoughtfully crafted with precision and artistry, capturing the essence of traditional Japanese cuisine. The attention to detail was impeccable, from the delicate balance of flavors to the stunning presentation that made every dish feel like a work of art. One standout was the sesame soy broth used for the shabu shabu course—rich, fragrant, and deeply satisfying. Its depth of flavor perfectly complemented the meal, adding an extra layer of warmth and indulgence to the experience. The service was equally remarkable—warm, attentive, and reminiscent of our experiences in Japan. Every element of the evening, from the ambiance to the seamless pacing of the meal, transported us back to Japan. Eigikutei has set a new standard for plant-based fine dining. I recently had the pleasure of dining at this fantastic restaurant, and I must say it was quite an experience! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by a delightful hostess at the entrance, setting a warm and welcoming tone for the evening. The service throughout the meal was impeccable, with the staff being attentive and accommodating. Though things slowed down a little towards the end, it didn't detract from the overall experience. The food was nothing short of delicious—each dish was beautifully presented and had refined flavors that showed the chef's skill and care. To top it all off, the view from the restaurant was simply stunning. Sitting among the towering skyscrapers, it created a perfect backdrop for a memorable meal. Highly recommend!
