By day, sunlight streams in through the dining room's large windows, creating a serene garden environment. At nightfall, the space strikes a stylish and sophisticated tone perfect for pre-theatre, dinner or late night dining. Two spacious outdoor patios offering al fresco dining may also be used for private events and entertaining. Wynn's mixology team has crafted a robust menu of inventive, artisanal cocktails that pair perfectly with the cuisine. The wine list, curated by Wynn's wine director Brian Weitzman, features over 100 selections of new world wines and varietals, with over 20 available by the glass.

Boom Bang Fine Foods & Cocktails serves New American cuisine with French and Mexican influences from Chef and Owner Elia Aboumrad. Cocktails are curated by Bar Program Manager Skylar Sanders and his bar team. The American bistro offers starters including Artisan Corn Dogs and French Onion Dip Caviar Service; classic French onion soup and a zesty, rich gazpacho gelee; classic mains including Steak Frites, Christian's Boom Bang Burger, Elia's cripsy Duck Confit with seasonal garnish, and Elia's signature Pork Shank in Here & There sauce. Guests will find a variety of vegetable-forward dishes like the Wild & Cultivated Mushroom Puff Pastry Tart with Ver Jus Sauce, Cast Iron Ratatouille, Potatoes Pureé an ode to Joël Robuchon. Desserts are abound with chef Elia's signature Mexican Hot Chocolate Crème Brulée and her interpretation of the classic Pavlova.
