Superb lunch with perfectly judged service. Matchless in all respects. Food best described by someone with a good deal more adjectives than I know. Save to say that one will remember starter, mains, and pud as gold standard dishes by which to measure other Somerset establishments - and gawd help them. Ambience one star short, simply because there were few of us in for lunch and the buzz lesser for that. Though that too, a little harsh methinks, so up that to five please. (It might be a good idea to be able to see my star rating whilst writing this, as I cannot get back to it and the more one thinks about the experience the more one is inclinded to revise, in this case ever upwards.) The food is always good I’ve tried many things off the main menu and the specials board which is always changing so plenty of variety plus the staff are lovely nothings ever too much trouble

Our first Sunday lunch visit to Farm and Field Cafe after moving to Somerset from Australia 3 weeks ago. All I can say is “Excellent “, it is one of the best meals we have had since our return to the UK. Outstanding flavours and well cooked, I highly recommend to anyone considering Sunday lunch or any lunch out. Also for the Coeliacs amongst us the GF choices were plentiful and you definitely don’t miss out on a great Sunday lunch.

OUTSTANDING Our first visit but definitely not our last. Food was hot, plentiful and very tasty. Staff were gracious, well informed regarding specials of the day and nice and chatty. Good choice on offer something for everyone. Already been back for breakfast and my granddaughter going Monday evening with her partner for evening meal she was really impressed and she's a fussy eater. Well worth a visit you will not be disappointed at all. A great new venue with something different on offer. Not open late evening so no late night drinkers after a night out. Great for families as well as couples alike. I wish them every success they so deserve it.
