Located in South End, the restaurant is an open-air concept with a large, heated outdoor patio. We are open for lunch, dinner, and weekend brunch.Our cold bar and kitchen offers fresh oysters from North Carolina and beyond, traditional Mexican and Peruvian ceviche, and classic entrees and specials, all prepared from scratch.STIR is famous for craft cocktails. We freeze and carve 300-pound blocks of artisanal ice in-house, age certain cocktails in oak barrels for richer flavors, and place others on draft for crispness and carbonation. Stir never disappoints. I typically go to the Raleigh location, which is awesome. The Charlotte one was just as great. Our server, G was amazing and very personable. She provided stellar service while also chatting and engaging with us the entire time. We had a wonderful time and will always keep Stir as a staple.

I just got engaged here!! Our server, Corinne, and the manager on duty (sorry, didn't catch your name!) Made it an amazing experience for me and my fiancée. Food is always great, ambience is stellar - order the escargot and the lemon dessert!
