Curated by Aaron Taylor, Atlas Restaurant Group’s Corporate Chef & Chef Partner in this concept, the menu puts steak in the spotlight with over 11 cuts from Chicago-based meat purveyor Meats by Linz. The Ruxton will serve a mix of wet and dry aged prime cuts of Black Angus Beef, as well as dry aging Long Island Duck and Bison from Virginia’s New Frontier Farm in-house. To complement the steak options, seasonal shellfish and seafood entrees will be available including dover sole, Maryland rockfish, whole live lobster, king salmon, Chilean sea bass and more.The Ruxton will serve lunch every weekday and dinner 7 days a week. The experience overall was great. Our server Jacob was amazing. His food and drink recommendations were top notch. We enjoyed everything we ordered which included the fried green tomatoes, shrimp & scallop risotto, Chesapeake pasta, and the snake bite pasta.

Beautiful restaurant. The vibe was great. The service was friendly and attentive. Now lets get to the best part. The food presentation was beautiful and the food was outstanding. I highly recommend this place and will make it point to go back everytime I go to Baltimore.

had so much fun! came in to a big welcome and lot of smiling faces eager to help at the hostess stand. immediately knew we were going to have a good time. Our waiter was solomon who was awesome. we’d go back just to sit at his table again. Not only was he so knowledgeable about the menu and his recommendations were spot on but he was also super funny! we enjoyed our night so much, it really made our friends birthday a special one.

Excellent location for a celebration. Best drinks around - though the beer menu could be expanded! Adequate selection of wines… but that’s all drinks! You go there for the FOOD… and GOOD it is. Not high brow but a use of spices that is tantalizing without tongue-numbing as some places. The best evidence is the subtle smoke flavor of the Baba Ganousch…the BEST! Only fault was we were not forewarned of the 3% surcharge on using credit; had we known we would have brought cash… next time, for sure. ;-)

Great service and wonderful food with a variety of choices. Large quantities of food and the drinks were wonderful as well. Our server was very helpful and attentive. Highly recommend this restaurant.
