Situated close to the historic town of Wimborne Minster, The Old Inn is the perfect destination when you fancy a homemade, traditional pub meal. With real fires, a beautiful garden and fantastic service, this pub is definitely worth a visit. We have worked hard to put together a menu that offers something for everyone. Everything is freshly prepared at the Old Inn, from our Chicken Liver paté, to children’s chicken nuggets. We pride ourselves that all of our meals are traditionally cooked using largely locally sourced ingredients and our seasonal specials are definitely worth looking at too, as well as our delicious desserts! We weren’t asked if we could get our coats hung up. We waited ages to place our order. We couldn’t change menu to have appetisers from a la carte instead of starters from the xmas menu. We were overcharged by £100!

We are staying at the Filly and couldn’t ask for a nicer host .. very accommodating and friendly The food was delicious and very good value with a relaxed atmosphere the staff are very friendly too.

We had a lovely meal, a lovely lady who was our waitress for the evening, I her name was Rosie, was wonderful, so bubbly and helpful. Thank you for a lovely evening.

We visited Careys Manor for Dinner at Zen Garden for my Husbands birthday. We were greeted by a very friendly man, who wished my Husband a ‘happy birthday’ on arrival, we were then given the choice of tables where we would like to sit. Complimentary prawn crackers are given per table. Great selection of food on menu. We went for Sea Bass starter & Lamb Shank main. Both were delicious and the portions were generous. My husband was treated to a complimentary Sorbert with a candle for his birthday which was a lovely touch. Overall 10/10, will be returning
