The furnace reaches temperatures of over 300 degrees Celsius so the produce is seared and smoked in seconds, making sure the flavour sings on your palate, and not on the plate.The restaurant boasts a beautiful, seated island bar, a peephole into the working kitchen and covers for over 100 guests. Came on recommendation from a friend. We had the Keralan fish curry, Goan prawn curry, lamb rogan josh, tarka dhal, paneer, peshwari naans, jeera rice and pilau rice. All the dishes were very tasty. The service from Ramesh and others was excellent. Great ambience. We will be back.

First visit, will return, exceptional Calamari starter and the Carbonara was best I've had !! Some of the spelling on the on line version of the Menu needs a look !!

The authentic cuisine was delicious, not too spicy nor over flavoured. The ingredients are fresh and well crafted & blended to create some great dishes. The ambience is bright & welcoming with understated chic making the surroundings great for relaxed, comfortable dining.

The wife and I went for a mid-week date night and had a lovely time at Humo. The staff were welcoming and friendly, the decor and overall aesthetic was very cool and most importantly the food was delicious. It’s a great asset to Watford high street.
