Curated by Aaron Taylor, Atlas Restaurant Group’s Corporate Chef & Chef Partner in this concept, the menu puts steak in the spotlight with over 11 cuts from Chicago-based meat purveyor Meats by Linz. The Ruxton will serve a mix of wet and dry aged prime cuts of Black Angus Beef, as well as dry aging Long Island Duck and Bison from Virginia’s New Frontier Farm in-house. To complement the steak options, seasonal shellfish and seafood entrees will be available including dover sole, Maryland rockfish, whole live lobster, king salmon, Chilean sea bass and more.The Ruxton will serve lunch every weekday and dinner 7 days a week. My family and I really enjoyed our dining experience. The ambiance was beautiful, our waiter Rashid was awesome and no overcrowding. Before the pandemic, we made coming here a Christmas tradition and this is by far the best year. Previous years (before the pandemic) it was very crowded and the food was just ok. But this year no over crowding and the food was excellent. Thank you for making our first time back since the pandemic a great one to remember. Happy holidays to you all!

I wish I remembered her name cause she was lovelyyyy!!! Service was great! Super comfortable seated table by the window w water views- bonus. Food was beautiful plated and delicious! Compliments to the Chef! I think the manager was hosting (great dress choice)- also lovely. PS. The entrance is inside the hotel don’t want around outside trying to figure out the entrance :)

Wonderful Christmas Eve experience at the Ruxton. We opted for a late lunch and were totally satisfied with the service, ambiance and (of course) the food. My filet was prepared exactly as requested and it was extremely tender and delicious. My wife’s salmon dish was equally satisfying. If you haven’t been to the Ruxton yet, you have to try it. You won’t be disappointed!

Excellent meal and service as always at Sabatino's. Waiter did a great job and all of the food was well prepared and tasty. Old World ambiance that is warm and inviting. Will definitely be back!!!
