The Carriage House Restaurant in the F.M. Kirby Carriage House is open for Pre-Performance and Post-Matinee dining. Two Course Prix Fixe lunch and Three Course Prix Fixe dinners are available two and half hours prior to most Main Stage Performances and after all Matinee Performances at the Paper Mill Playhouse. A wonderful Thanksgiving Dinner with family. Very attentive service. Loved the second floor room we were in. Delicious three course pre-fixe dinner. The hanging bacon, of course, was outstanding. The Brussels sprouts were another winner. My family enjoyed the turkey, the short ribs, the steak, and the ravioli. Nice options. I loved my butternut squash soup, my boulevardier, and the crème brûlée . Overall, a quality, memorable meal.

Food was very good. A bit pricey. Very loud. Not a good place to go if you want to be able to hear what the people at your table are talking about.

Everything was amazing, the service, the food was delicious and the restaurant is fun and well decorated. My only suggestion is that the live music start a little later. The musician was very good, but the music was too loud, our reservation was at 6:15pm
