We went there for the Valentine's Day menu but chose to have their buffet instead which was a wise decision. The buffet offered a wide array of food and desserts that were exquisite. We will definitely visit this restaurant again.

Bacchus dining is a highlight of our annual SXM visits, and this visit by 8 of us was again, outstanding. All in our party were delighted with every aspect of our experience: delicious and interesting food prepared at the highest level, wonderful wines and beverages, friendly and attentive service. The ambience is spectacular. You are high up and feel that you are overlooking and immersed in a jungle. The tree near our table housed a few iguanas who chased each other above us on the rooftop. They were quite entertaining. The food was excellent, and the server was very gracious. Although we stayed on the island, if we were on a cruise ship, I think this would be a fabulous excursion.

Pretty restaurant. Patio overlooks the pool. Good food especially the short ribs. Good service.
